My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, surrounded by many restaurants and fast-food places between Oklahoma City and Norman. The rooms, however, were not as clean as expected, with issues like bedbugs, chiggers, lice, and dust mites. The service was top-notch, especially in accommodating my disabilities and service dog.
